The Ordinance Committee is part of the Committe of the Whole that meets at 7:00 PM on the second Monday of each month. The Committee of the Whole reviews and makes recommendations on all ordinances which affect Cherry Valley. Examples of typical ordinances include changes in zoning, traffic ordinances, park rules and regulations, snow removal ordinances, etc. Once ordinances reach the board, they generally go through two readings before voted on.
