Cherry Valley Village Hall Administration

Village Administrator

The Village Administration Office is headed by David Nord.  Mr. Nord is also the Village's Zoning Officer and Economic Development Coordinator. David directs issues to the appropriate committee within the Village's governmental structure and strives to attract sound business ventures to our area. 

Village Public Works Director

The Public Works Office is headed by Joe Caveny.  Mr. Caveny oversees all operational activities within the village, plans improvements to roads and the water system, and manages future planning activities.

Village Clerk

Nancy L. Belt is the Village Clerk.  Mrs. Belt is responsible for notifying the local media regarding all of the Village meetings and generates the minutes for those meetings.  Nancy is responsible for keeping all records of transactions and ordinances for the Village.  She is the keeper of the Seal of Cherry Valley.

Village Treasurer 

Jackie Schulenburg is the Village Treasurer.  Mrs. Schulenburg makes investments for the Village and generates the Village's annual budget.  Jackie is also responsible for water usage billing for the Village and new customer information.

Village Deputy Clerk, Administrative Assistant

Angela Hale greets the public and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff.  She also assists all departments, maintains the village's website, and expedites the rentals of village properties.  Angela is responsible for all accounts payable, and updates the website.  Angela is solely responsible for cross-connection control accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.  She also creates the village's newsletter and conducts research for the Village President, Administrator, and Public Works Director.
